I'm so sorry to hear that you feel like this. Growing up being the one who keeps it all together, who carries your burdens (and everyone else's!) without feeling able to lean on others for support, and self-sacrificing to keep the people pleased at a cost to yourself, must have been (and must still be) a lonely and exhausting experience. It can be so hard when we feel like we have to earn love. It's okay if you don't feel this way right now, I know that words like this don't always feel true when we're in pain, but I want you to know that you are worthy. You are worthy of love, of support from others, of self-love and boundaries that protect your energy and wellbeing, and of rest - all humans are 🌻 but I understand that knowing these things and being able to enact them (or deeply believe them in all parts of our being) are two very different things, and your struggles and journey are valid, wherever you may be in them. Those patterns we've learnt to survive can be so hard to un-wire. Baby steps 🌞 Thank you for sharing how you feel with us - I think each time you do that it counts as a step in itself🌻
