Thoughts 🥀.
Do u know the feeling when u just want to text someone and tell themm u are not okayyy.. u just want a human presence.. and then u look around and realise there is no oneee whom u can text sooo with no choice left u sit alone with all your thoughts...feelings too desperate to talk to someone..and just want to feel ok..bcz everything is too much to handle alone and u feel like u can't handle anything anymore..u are just tired.. but thenn u survive bczz there was no other way..and people call u strong when u handle everything alone
But the real question is why hiding your feelings and handling everything is considered strong?!... Why can't a person be real?! Why to wear a fake mask everyone is tired of wearing? Maybe bcz people understand there is no who is gonna be ever there for them and there is no choice left with them
@cutegrapes
I agree with you completely.
It's more healing to be honest.
And not hide.
Not be judged.
Not wear a mask.

Fr it's more healing 🤎

YES YES YES YES AND YES
I know the feeling of wanting to text but chose not to, wantiyto confide, share, trust your feelings but chose not to. Its not that there is no one but you don’t want to burden others. I’m not used to sharing or trusting my feelings and thoughts with someone. I’m not sure if I will ever do. I just hope I find that person in my life who I won’t have thoughts to share and things will feel safe and unburdened. I never felt strong and didn’t want to be strong but faking and putting in a mask was easier than to reveal my inners.
I chose and not finding the safe chore was the reason behind my decision. A place to feel home, a heart to feel safe and a mind to feel strong are the hopes we pursue in life.
@JourneySteward
How do you feel about this?

I ache to text someone , not a stranger, but a real friend. Yet I feel caught between a rock and a hard place, behind the eight ball, so to speak.
I have done this before and unintentionally placed too much burden on someone. Because they were a close friend, they felt the need to help solve my problems, and when they couldn’t, the closeness eventually faded. So I tried talking to strangers instead, but too often the responses felt boilerplate and hollow.
What I still look for is the kind of emotional connection where a close friend can share their pain with me in the same way I wish to share mine with them ,not to solve each other’s problems, but simply to keep the connection close. To know the words that needed to leave my mind were heard by someone who genuinely cares, but does not carry them as their burden, and for them to know they have the same in me.
Like sitting outside beside a fire at night, talking about whatever weighs on us, unburdening ourselves, even if only for a little while.
