Id encourage people , even on here to be more trauma-informed.
Tone and words can affect someone negativly aswell, i wish more ppl understood this, becus theres lots of ppl that will just speak and pay no mind and when u mention this to them, they reject it, hurting the wound more. We are all trying to survive our challenges and hurts so please be mindful and kind and unassuming. Thank you.
