Useless.
I hate myself most days. Anxiety it steals the color from everything the things I could enjoy, the plans I try to make, even the simplest mornings. I watch life move past and feel frozen, convinced I’ll only ever disappoint the people who care about me. Every attempt to work or try something new ends the same: my stomach knots, my hands shake, and I’m so sick with panic I can’t go on. I’ve sat through therapy and swallowed pills, searching for air, but the walls keep closing in and hope feels like something I once owned and lost. I feel useless, like I take up space that would be better used by someone else a waste, a failure, a burden and it hurts in ways I can’t explain.

The thing is we are not in competition with anyone but ourselves.... anxiety is self inflicted road blocks. I too have lived through what you describe.....anxiety is a thief it steals your opportunities and more important your time. Time is a commodity we never know how much we have left.
There is no easy fix... no pills will make us not sabotage ourselves/ no false positive thinking... IT is us saying "f it to anxiety" and do things regardless... of the anxiety or symptoms like feeling ill or stomach knots. It blows at first but once you reclaim yourself from false fear.... you will not regret it....
If it helps look around you all over i have seen people overcome much harder odds then i could ever make up in my mind... I am sure they doubted they could get through ...over come fear and anxiety but they did what they feared they stuck with things and they did not talk themselves out of it.
no one is useless ...
