We’re Almost There!
This is SUPER important, guys!
The “Needs Reply” posts are nearly gone, compared to when we started the Spread the Love Challenge! It looks like we have maybe 40 or so left, which is a huge difference.
If every single person who sees this post responds to a “Needs Reply” post, it will be completely empty within a matter of hours. <3
Every person who has a post that hasn’t been responded to, needs some love. They need to know that they’re loved, that they’re seen, that they matter. They’re not just usernames… They’re real people with real pain, real lives. Let’s make them feel wanted and heard! <3
So, my challenge to you is:
Every single person who sees this post. Whether tagged or not, new or old, teen or adult.
Go to “Community”, sort by “Needs Reply”, browse through the posts, and respond to at least one.
You won’t be able to relate to absolutely every one, but you can share love. You can also say that you’re boosting the post so more people see it (the post will move to “Popular”, so it’s more easily visible). Try to share a bit of your own story, show empathy, give a hug. Make a thoughtful, deep reply, and show that person that they aren’t alone! <3

When I checked this morning, we seemed to be plateauing around 30 “Needs Reply” posts. This is accounting for the new posts that come in daily as well.
We need to make a MAJOR push to clear out that list! Even if you just have to boost posts so they get more views.
When the list is clear, our goal should be for every single one of us to check it every day, and try to keep it at 5 or less (keeping it completely empty will be hard because there are constantly new posts, but I think around 5 is ideal.)
We can do this! Let’s tackle that list together! I know we can empty it within the next 24 hours. Let that be our goal! <3

This has actually become a new favourite thing of mine. It breaks my heart when people are struggling without being heard. And yes, sometimes I cannot relate very much, but there's always the fact that we are both humans dealing with problems.
Exactly! My heart breaks when I see people falling through the cracks. We know they’re already struggling (that’s why they’re on 7Cups!), and when their post isn’t seen… they probably feel even more invisible. I NEVER want that to happen <3
Boosting is always an option, if you can’t relate to the post. Just tell them you’re boosting it so they get more views, and tell them how much they’re loved <3
