What Brought You to 7 Cups?

@Heather225 I came to 7 Cups because of a college class where I needed to volunteer somewhere that helps people with mental health. My previous place didn't work out, so my professor recommended becoming a listener through 7 Cups.

I’ve been struggling with severe depression and anxiety since I was 15, but this year it got a lot worse. I’ve been having lots of suicidal thoughts and went back to therapy. I found it today because I had a fight with someone I love and felt like crap. I saw it on my Pinterest so I decided to check it out. I hope it’s what I need

@heather225 I was on another site and someone mentioned 7 Cups of Tea whcih it was called then. At that time I was answering questions about mental health on yahoo before the big change that made that difficult. I liked to be there for people so when I heard about 7 Cups I wanted to be a listener. My first year I learned a lot about being empathetic and also not giving advice, My mentor helped me a lot.

I have been in many leadership roles and that helped me expand my horizons. Thank you 7 Cups for this life changing experience.

@Heather225 I googled blogs where one can talk to others. I’m severely depressed and alone and I need to tak it out with others. 

i signed up to 7 cups for an opportunity to support others to get through things i have, to help others by offering a listening ear, and interact with others experiencing similar things to me :)

I don't remember the actual reason, but I was (and still am) a major mess mentally lol

I doubt anyone will believe it but a phycological horror game brought me to 7 cups, I after I finished the game which was a great game I might add, before the credits the game sent me here 😄
