Why is it easy for me to please other people but hard for me to be kind to myself?

adios.gifI just want to be kind to everyone but when it comes to being kind and loving myself, that's really difficult for me. I doubt myself a lot 😅.. Hi to the one who's reading this, I hope this year will be awesome for you and filled with joy and good luckk 👍

@hopefulencounter First off, I just want to say that it's really beautiful that you want to be kind to everyone. That's such a wonderful thing! 🌸

But I totally get how hard it can be to show that same kindness to yourself. Just remember, you’re deserving of all the love you give to others! 🌸 Take it day by day and don’t be too hard on yourself.

Here’s to a year full of joy, luck and lots of self-compassion! You’re amazing! ✨

@hopefulencounter

 we give others grace and leeway          We sometimes hold ourselves to different standards.  We have learned to be our greatest critic but are not always instructed to be our best cheerleader.  Instead we seek support and validation from others and feel upset when we do not get that.

When i let go of  those expectations .......of wanting others to tell me "good job" ............but instead look at me  each day and find at least one thing to  say "good job that turned out well..."  it means more and any other validation is extra.

@toughTiger6481 thank you so much for telling me thisss 🥲.. "Instead we seek support and validation from others and feel upset when we do not get that." This sentence is so trueee.. From now on I'll be kinder to myself. I just want to treat them good, I hate it when I trusted wrong people..because I always see them as good people at first :")

@hopefulencounter

We all have had people let us down and not be whom we thought they were.

some people do not show their true colors until we get close enough ....to be hurt or near miss....

@toughTiger6481 yess 😔 why is it like that.. it's so not fair. Maybe life is trying to tell me a lesson by that way. Funny because I've trusted soo many wrong people then I ended up trusting bad person again.  I just hope from now on I'll be ok, i hope those people who hurted me won't bother me again..

@hopefulencounter

we do it because if we question all and seldom give trust we are often alone and we  think we will miss the "diamond person " among all the rocks.

@toughTiger6481 so true, we're thinking that person cant be that bad and when it's revealed that person is really bad we then feel disappointed
