I really wanted to share this song by Frank Sinatra called 'Young at Heart'. I was riding around town in my car, recently after a breakup and listening to the Frank Sinatra station on my Spotify. When this song came on, it was the first time I ever heard it. It really got me through and made me feel good. I reflect on this with misty eyes anytime I hear it again.
