afraid to fly on planes
Hello, I'm sharing my issue with flying on planes. I have been caught in a rut and really sad this year because my fears of doing things are holding me back.
Is it possible to imagine you're not on a plane while u r on one.

many thoughts on overcoming fears .... people will ask people to write down what they fear etc but i find fear of the unknown ...... it it hard no denying and sometimes it takes over..... but i found a way to force myself into doing items i am afraid of or uncomfortable with ...... doing one at a time and once you do that i have not found a single item that my fears were correct or justified
What about being in a plane scares you?
