my only friend abandoned me and told me to go here
Uh ok so, I had a friend right and I talked to them but then they said that I should go to this site and that they will go and move on with their life, and uh that was a while ago. I guess I have manic depression, autism and paranoia but they will diagnose me with anything probably to satisfy their sick fantasies. IDK if im supposed to put this here and its probably pointless. There is no one in my life who will listen to me and I have always been very alone, isolated and excluded from people. I have no idea what to do anymore and I feel like I am becoming increasingly more detached from reality and humanity every day. I don't know if I can hold it together anymore. its so hard for me to try and explain things, and it doesnt help that nobody will listen or cares anyway. Its painful. It seems that the world is falling apart around me anyway. There is nobody I can trust. There is nobody anyone can trust, i guess its everyone for themselves. I hope whatever i am trying to do right now backfires on me like crazy, that would remind me why i never want to talk to people again
I'm sorry to hear your only friend abandoned you. I've had many friends in the past that abandoned me when I told them about my depression. So, I know how it feels when someone turns their back on you.
First of all, welcome to 7 Cups. This a safe platform where trust is built, and support is aplenty. That friend has recommended a good place for you. If you haven't already, do explore the site and find the categories/subcommunities that fit your needs. There are many members here who resonate with your situation, so I hope you are able to feel less alone as you begin to connect with others here.

First and foremost, you are not alone. There are times when I have written similar (if not the same) words. I got diagnosed with Asperger's at age 19, so trying to navigate through my teenage years was *** on earth. Reaching out is a great first step. I talk to a licensed therapist on here and it has done wonders for me! If you're able to afford it, I highly recommend doing it for yourself. You deserve that level of care and compassion.
You are not the only one that feels this way, I hope you know that. Depression can happen to anyone. I know it seems hard right now but it does get better. Always believe that if you do have any diagnosis or symptoms, that they do not define who you are. Always try to remember the good things you have in life. We are so fortunate to have a family and loved ones, and I’m not sure if you are religious but God will always love you. Enjoy your life, there’s so many things out there waiting for you to explore and experience.

I'm really sorry to hear that you're feeling this way and experiencing such deep pain. It sounds like you're going through a very difficult time, and it's important to remember that you don't have to face it alone. While it might feel like nobody cares or understands, there are people who genuinely want to help and support you. Consider reaching out to a mental health professional or a helpline that can provide guidance and assistance. You deserve to be heard and to receive the care you need. Please don't hesitate to seek help and remember that there is hope, even when it may seem elusive.
