@Kito26 No! Don't do that!

Trust me, you'll regret those scars. You'll regret that you allowed people that didn't love you enough to care for you the power to leave permanent marks on you. Tell someone close to you, tell your best friend. Surround yourself with people who love you.

Don't let awful people and awful situations hurt you forever. Please.

@KMoore89

Agree, one day you'll regret having to explain the scars.

Being so restless all the time. I need constant stimuli.

I can't sit still. I can't relax but what needs to be done doesn't get done or gets done halfway cus I come up with somthing else to do. I wish I could just take a seat and be still, read a book, watch TV or something but Noooo

That's a hard one, @MountainBorn! Good luck trying to work on your restlessness. I know for me, sitting still just doesn't work for me, so I run to release all this energy and wear out my body!

@Mila0913

I do a lot of biking during summer and orientering (running isn't really my thing, too hard on the knees) I can bike for hours, miles on end then go home and still feel restless. The restlessness would probably be even worse if I didn't bike.

Being out in nature is great though, I love the rush of freedom from biking and the physical and mental exercise from oreintering smiley
