I want more aggressive help

It seems like the most I can do is Google my problems, relate to one thing I find, come here, visit various rooms 10 times and maybe be able to vaguely begin to mention something, go back to Google and find nothing, and idk I feel like I'm not getting anywhere. Time is wasting.
I can't pay for anything ...
What do I do.

Going to the internet for diagnoses isn't always the best idea and if you want more firm answers, your only option is seeing a doctor.
