Check it now: Where are you on the Mental health continuum........
The mental health continuum is a range of mental health model four sections: healthy, reacting, injured and mentally ill . You can find your mental health condition using this model. And tell us What will be your strategy to recover from mental health problems.

Note: This is scientific model to chack mental health condition of any human being. But any person's mental health depends upon various internal and external factors. if you find any negative resultthen dont depressed, talk with specialist or any experienced mental health supporter before draw any conclusion.
In real life I have known someone who suffered from a very severe mental illness and who was definitely in the green "Healthy" part of this model. And I have also known someone who was mentally normal (but coping with a stressful situation) who was definitely in the red "Ill" part of this model. So, comparing this model with my own experience of people in real life, I tend to think that the model is nonsense.
Another way to put it is that this model encourages stigma. When people are very ill, but they seem to be in the green "Healthy" category, it is stigma to deny their illness and think "there's really nothing wrong with you". When people are completely healthy, but they seem to be in the red "Ill" category, it is stigma to think "you must be mentally ill".
Personally, I believe that at 7 Cups we should accept people for who they are, and avoid trying to fit them into boxes. If it is ever necessary to put people in categories because of their mental state, it seems to me that only the official categories of the DSM (in the US) or the ICD (internationally) should be used.

I find that just posting that chart on it's own there's not enough information for it to be all that useful. I found this information here (includes a video) that explains it in more detail:

I don't think it's at all possible to determine what mental health condition one may have from this model - that really should be left up to a professional and that's also stated in both of the links I have provided.
One of the things mentioned is this: Here are some behavioural indicators of what you may notice in each phase of the Mental Health Continuum Model.
Just looking at model without any other information could have someone interpret that they have a mental illness when in fact they are actually quite mentally healthy (having the flu or asthma doesn't equate to having a mental illness as an example) and vice versa (one might have a mental illness but be managing it well, so fit within the green despite their underlying condition). I agree with some of the points made by RarelyCharlie.
I do think this can be a tool used by someone to evaluate their mental health status at a particular moment, and use it to help decide what type of action should be taken (ie. carrying on as is, using coping tools, using a support network, seeking professional help) but it's also not exhaustive and other factors also likely also need to be considered beyond what it is listed here.

I don't know how helpful this would be for me because it really depends on the situation at hand and the day because I range all over there. Kind of why I am looking for someone to just talk to who is well versed in this kind of stuff. If I ever have the time to do so
I am at ill. . . I have extreme anger out burst and panic attacks and I have no idea what to do.
I was responding but now I am between injured and ill and the more I seek help the more I keep getting denied. I feel there is going to be a bad day or event and I will do something stupid
