To *being*💛
I feel my favorite way of honoring mental health day(s) is to honor it on a random day that's not quoted as the "official" day to observe some acceptance, be free of stigma and judgement and be a little more aware, kind, considerate, mindful and supportive.
While I understand the intent behind having one such officiated "day" for something, it does serve as a reminder but I believe, there shouldn't be any "specific" days to practice kindness and care about our health or someone else's.
Every day can be mental health day, every day can be "practice a little kindness" day! 💛
Something for everyone:
"You are doing well.
If you aren't doing well, you are doing your best.
If you aren't doing best, you are doing.
And if you aren't doing, you are being.
And in being, you're being *you*, which is more than valid, enough and worthy of being here."
Keep doing what you, keep trying your best, it may not always seem like it's enough but it is, it is *you* doing your best to hold on and that will always be enough, whether you see it or not. 💛

Sending lots of love and kindness everyone's way. 💛
