I feel a bit scared and sad 😢
Tw) I've been ill for almost 2 months now, with a unknown virus😥 it's nothing serious they don't think. But the doctors also told me a while ago that it would be a miracle if I live to 40 years old. And I'm half paralysed at the moment, but more than likely gonna become completely paralysed at some point. So yeah being ill with this for almost two months, I'm a little bit scared. I thought I was all mentally prepared for this, but I don't think I am. My body is ruined, I have no immune system and yeah! I'm scared. It's probably nothing cause I get sick alot, so I'm probably just being stupid.
@Tinywhisper11
Lola I am genuinely so sad to hear this. Life has been so hard for you and it just doesn't get easier does it? It is life though. Im really really *really* freaking proud of you, for everything. And I know it sucks to be sick, especially because they don't know what it is. Im not a doctor (yet) so all I can recommend is loads and loads of gizmo cuddles. I can promise you this much, if you only got til your forty, well then I will personally make sure you have as much fun as possible til then.
I will be praying as always, sending love and hugs. Don't give up okay? Youve made it this far. Its okay to be scared, love, but you aren't alone ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
@Bunnylovesyou ❤❤ awwww your sweetness makes my heart melt ❤❤ gizmo cuddles are the best😁 and I'm gonna prove the doctors wrong and live to 269 years old ❤❤ gives you a giant festive tiny hug ❤❤I love you ❤

You'r not at all stupid, my dear! You are very resourceful, you have a lot of humor and you are taking your situation with amazing emotional strength ... I find you sooo admirable - you are doing really well!
Wish you all the best ... get better soon :)
@Tinywhisper11
I'm so sorry to hear that you're going through such a challenging and frightening time. Dealing with an unknown illness, especially when it affects your mobility and has uncertain long-term implications, can be incredibly overwhelming. It's completely normal to feel scared and anxious in the face of such uncertainty, and your feelings are valid.
It's important to acknowledge the emotional impact of your situation. Facing the possibility of becoming completely paralyzed and being told about the potential challenges ahead can be a lot to process. You're not being stupid for feeling scared; your concerns are completely understandable.
In times like these, reaching out for support is crucial. Whether it's from friends, family, or mental health professionals, having someone to talk to about your fears and emotions can make a significant difference. Sharing your thoughts and concerns with others can provide both emotional support and practical assistance.
Additionally, consider discussing your fears and feelings with your healthcare team. They can provide more information about your specific condition, potential treatments, and resources available to you. They may also be able to connect you with support groups or counseling services that can help you navigate the emotional aspects of your health journey.
Remember, it's okay to seek help and express your emotions. You're not alone in this, and there are people who care and want to support you. If you ever need someone to talk to or if you're feeling overwhelmed, consider reaching out to a mental health professional or a helpline in your area.
@glisteningLight2506 awww sweetie thankyou so much ❤❤ don't worry I live in a care home, so I have 24 hour care, because of my disabilities I'm regularly in touch with my doctor and nurses come to check my vitals regularly. So I'm being looked after really well ❤❤ as for family, well 7 cups is the only family I got ❤❤ and it's the best family ever😁
@Tinywhisper11 This made me emotional. I'm honestly gonna pray for you and I have faith in you! You got this!

Hello @Tinywhisper11. First of all, you are not stupid. And secondly, anyone in your situation would feel scared. Having rare illnesses is a very scary thing esp if it’s something that may be life threatening. It is ok to feel all the fear, anxiety, sadness, grief, and/or anger that you need to.
I’ve not lost my ability to walk, but I am losing one of my senses and I am having to learn a new normal so I do understand. And it is definitely not easy.
pleaze feel free to reach out to me anytime. You don’t have to do this alone.
As Always,
Kristy
@Kristynsmama thankyou ❤❤ I'm sorry your loosing one of your senses😞 that must be terrifying for you, bless you ❤ we are all here for you too ❤ gives you a giant festive tiny hug ❤❤

@Tinywhisper11
Lola! Firstly I just wanted to say I’ve missed you ❤️.
I think you’re really brave for reaching out and sharing your story. You really are at the heart of this community, bringing so much love and joy to everyone here despite your traumatic past ❤️.
I’m so sorry to hear that you’re not feeling well. I’m sure that I speak for the majority here, we are standing with you ❤️. To hear that news would be very worrying and upsetting for anyone and its easy to ruminate and worry which often doesn’t help and can makes us feel worse off. But that’s completely understandable and it’s completely okay to feel that way also. Take on day at a time 🌸.
Doctors are often wrong and they can’t predict the future. Keep up that fighting spirit in you . You’re a warrior and you’ve got what it takes to get through this. ❤️ I believe in you because I’m so in awe of how strong you are by taking this leap of faith, coming on 7 cups, telling everyone your story, learning and growing and showing your witty, funny and loving side, despite all the adversities thrown at you. That takes a humongous amount of strength and courage.
Keep sharing and talking about your struggles with health care professionals, friends on and off 7 cups. We are all rooting for you ❤️.
Giving you a giant hug ❤️.
I’ll keep you in my prayers 🙏 ❤️.
Take care lolabean.
