I've been on a bit of a hiatus the past few weeks, but I've come up with a new format. I'm going to be posting on Mondays for the next few weeks!
The aim of this series is to focus on positivity and growth. Monday is the first day of the week, and it can feel very "meh" at times. To focus on all the awesome things you did last week that made you feel happy, and set your intentions for the week, the question this week is: what is something that made you feel happy last week?

Went for a night walk almost every day in the last week. Felt good to get out of the house and breathe fresh air. Made me feel responsible and in control.

I have at last found a hobby I am really interested in, slow stitching, apparently it has the same effect as Mindfulness and very good for a nights sleep ( Lucy snoring....)

Hi there, so a few weeks back my friend had recommended watching an anime named
"Fruits Basket".
So, while I was sad or fed up with my current situation, I thought watching that anime would change my mood. And I'm glad that I have started to watch it.
That anime is nice and it cheers up a person. It has those elements which also make us realize that our life doesn't end here. If one day or something in us is bad doesn't mean the whole year or the whole of us is bad. We just need to work hard to correct our faults and make beautiful and make our life more beautiful and memorable.
Every time I watch this anime I start to laugh because I enjoy it a lot and I would recommend this to all other people out there who are interested in watching anime.
And I am grateful to my friend for suggesting to me that anime because unintentionally he has helped me to overcome a phrase that I didn't know how to overcome from it.

@usefulSummer3139 - Something that made me happy last week was my biology assignment...I know kinda nerdy haha. But it was really interesting and it clicked in my mind really well and I liked learning something cool and new that I understand :)

Two of my dogs live with my mother and I feel awful not being able to spend more time with them. Las week my mom went out of town and I went to her house a couple of days to take care of my babies 🐶🐶 I love them so much
