Gozzil's Group Appreciation Corner
Welcome to Gozzil's Group Appreciation Corner!
Here I will recognise listeners and members who have been a part of my journey here on 7 Cups.
For my first post I would like to recognise some of the leaders who have supported the weekly discussions in Positivity Corner. I have been hosting these discussions for a couple of months now and they're always really lively and full of ideas, and I always learn something, they are a highlight of my week.
@Starmedia, you are a wonderful team leader, I am so grateful for the support you've given me right from my first time hosting a discussion. I really appreciate you trusting me to host the discussions.
@BlissHope, @generousBreeze169 and @ToniJane, you have all been fantastic cohosts. It's much more fun hosting with someone else than alone. I really appreciate your enthusiasm, it's infectious and really lifts the room. As hosts we seem to have had more than our fair share of technical difficulties and computer problems but somehow we’ve always managed to keep it going even when the room has been crazy busy. I hope to host again with all of you in the future :)
@shiningDay80, I appreciate you supporting our sessions. The room has been really busy lately and it’s almost impossible for the hosts to make sure everyone’s ideas are acknowledged. You make sure everyone feels welcome and part of the discussion as well as offering your own ideas, I hope you are part of our sessions for a long time to come <3
@Gozzil The pleasure is mine. Let's find a time to host together soon :)
Hello @Gozzil !
Thank you for tagging me! I am so glad that you find our discussions lively, full of ideas and feel that you always learn something from them which is great. Also, I value the recognition and appreciation, means a lot to me. It's so kind of you to say you find me wonderful and supportive, glad to know!

I hope you know that you are a wonderful session leader yourself, and I am so grateful to your support and dedication. Of course I trust you, you are so much valued, loved and appreciated.

Week 2
There is no theme for this week’s Appreciation Corner post, apart from “wonderful people that I have spoken to on 7 Cups in the last week”, which is not a catchy title at all, but they really are wonderful people.
In no particular order:
@Wanttogoback, thank you for joining the Positivity and Gratitude discussion this week and being open about your experiences. I really appreciate your contributions to the discussion.
@dapperWalker3968, I am glad you joined the Positivity and Gratitude discussion this week. It was especially sweet of you to ask me for my own answer to the question about complimenting ourselves, I needed that!
@maiaace, I really appreciate how supportive you were of everybody sharing in the Sharing Circle room, and how kind and patient you were when your share was interrupted.
@Skyglider, you are an excellent Listener Sharing Circle host. Thank you for making everyone in your LSC feel welcome and enthusiastic about sharing.

@reliableJar1564 and @KatieandMatsik, I’m so glad you found Sharing Circle! Well done for sharing for the first time, it can be a daunting experience. I also appreciate how supportive you were of the other sharers.
@DonaldDraper, thanks for hosting a really fun Positivity Corner mini-session! It was the first one I’ve been able to attend and it was great fun, there was a lovely atmosphere in the room :)

@Gozzil
aw thank you so much for this mention, Gozzil! I am so happy that you like my forum posts and even find them to be pleasantly colourful. it means so much to me coming from you. thanks for replying to them frequently and participating. I always love attending your discussions as well! you're such a good host, it amazes me how you're able to manage so much on the spot. you're seriously one of the best! ❤️
Week 5
@musicalHarmony, @PuzichkinCat and @LuLuRings, Thank you for hosting and supporting listener learning discussions. I always seem to miss them for various reasons so I was really happy to catch one this week. I think it was aimed at new listeners but I still picked up some tips and tricks that are new to me. The work you’re doing educating listeners is so valuable as every time a listener improves their skills, multiple members will feel the benefits.
@Magicalmoongirl, thank you for supporting the weekly Positivity and Gratitude discussion. Having Room Supporters who are involved in the discussion and responding to everyone’s ideas makes the atmosphere in the room so much friendlier. I really appreciate your thoughtful responses to the questions and your efforts in making sure everyone’s answers were acknowledged.
@ASilentObserver, it’s very difficult to write a specific appreciation for you because you do so much for this community. However, there are two things I am particularly grateful for right now: 1. Your encouragement and help over the last few weeks while I have been applying for, and then getting started in, my new role, I couldn’t have done it without you and 2. The fun weekly meetup you hosted today, it’s a great idea for a session and I hope to attend many more in the future.
@Gozzil
Thank you Gozzil! This mention was such a sweet surprise and I am so glad I was able to support your discussion. You did such a great job and people like you make me so glad to be a part of this great team and I believe working with you and everyone will make my experience on 7 cups so much more rewarding
Looking forward to more and best wishes to you!

@AnnaTess, I haven’t seen you around in ages because our schedules don’t overlap much, so it was really lovely to see you in SC this week. You make any room you’re in positive and I always smile when I see your friendly ghost :)
@VerseArt, thank you for all the work you do for special events in Positivity and Gratitude. Earlier today I was reading the post on making yourself a priority, it was really interesting and inspired a lot of thoughtful replies. Keep spreading the positivity <3

Thanks for your contribution to our community! It's always a pleasure you have you around
You're amazing!
(P.S: It was awesome to have Hagrid, my special guest, join our LSC :P)
This week I will be appreciating a few people who are working hard co-ordinating a couple of projects that are incredibly valuable to the work 7 Cups does and which I really appreciate. I may not have spoken to some of you much or even at all, but the work you have done in managing your projects improves my experience every time I log in.
@PolarCat @ASilentObserver @CaringBrit @GrahZeyMahZin (not 100% sure you are the right people, but I found you tagged on a recent post so I think so! If not I hope you can tag the correct people <3), thank you for all the work you do on the Verified Listener project. It’s so important for improving listener quality and therefore member experience, and it’s also really valuable for motivating listeners. A few times recently I have told members they can look for VLs as a way to find skilled listeners, and they’ve let me know that it really helped them find the right listener. It’s also lovely to celebrate listeners who have recently passed their mock chat when they mention it in the listener chatrooms.
@competentParadise6344, @tranquilbear14 and @KristinHelps, thank you for all the work you do for Listener Sharing Circle. It’s so important for us listeners to share our struggles and successes, be heard, and just generally feel that we’re not in this alone. The recent introduction of the Listener Sharing Wheel was a great idea, and I look forward to seeing how LSC will develop in the future.
@Gozzil aww your so sweet and yes you had the correct tags :) thankyou so much feeling appreciated means a lot I love the VL team so much
