Hi, dear PAT (Peer Appreciation Team)

Our team is growing. More appreciation items, more team members (a.k.a Smile Spreaders), and more Star Leaders!

Who are Star Leaders?

Star Leaders help lead the Peer Appreciation Program collaboratively and ensure its smooth functioning and even growth.

Who can become a Star Leader?

Any Smile Spreader who is deeply connected to the program, believes in its potential, and has time for helping out more, may become a Star Leader.

What is the process of becoming a Star Leader?

Any interested Smile Spreader may reach out to an existing Star Leader to show interest. After that, you'll need to perform all the tasks mentioned in the steps of the growth path here: https://www.7cups.com/path/playlist/becoming-a-star-leader/ You will need to repeat these tasks every week for four weeks with the help of your mentor/star-leader who is training you. If both the star leader and the trainee are satisfied after the month of training, then you may be announced as a new star leader of the team!

You said it all, but did not tell about Safety Lock?

Oh yes, Safety Lock! So, to ensure that our program remains stable for years and years to come, we have worked hard to create a core system (which includes the Peer Appreciation Form, the Application Form, the Program Guide, the Training Quiz Form, and the Peer Appreciation Hall on our dashboard.) that is as perfect as it could be. So no changes may be done to these core elements. Changes may be done though to the subprojects under the Program (for example, to the Positivity Plaza initiative.)

But if minor changes are necessary to the core elements any day, these leaders have the access and would help: @bubblingbreeze14 @sunisshiningandsoareyou @GloriaD @fristo (these people have worked hard to create the base for the program we have today!)
