Smile Spreaders -We Care For You
Any member or listener could join our Peer Appreciation Team. When they apply using our application form, we ask them to walk the Becoming a Great Member Growth Path. Then, they go through our wonderfully charming and caring program guide. After they pass our training quiz and are onboarded, they get to be a part of a team that comprises of beautiful and kind human beings. We always encourage team bonding. We work together and make the program blossom.
Do you know what the program is really for?
It's for making lives better, through the power of appreciation. And we don't just want the appreciators and the appreciated peers to feel better in their lives, much more than that, we want our smile spreader to grow and glow in their personal life.
Lighting another's way lights your own way. We hope that through making the appreciation posts and spreading so many smiles, our smile spreaders will smile more in their personal lives too.
Also, another thing:
Some of our team members are members, and some are among the most helpful listeners at 7cups. I encourage member-listener bonding too among the team members. Explore the listener side of your fellow smile spreader, and if they are accepting chats, do give them a try as a member. Not only would it help you grow personally, it strengthens our team and makes our work in the team more meaningful and joyful.

I've met a lot of wonderful people via this beautiful team, and it sure feels more gratifying to "work" with people who don't make it seem like work at all! It's all fun and smiles yay! ❤

@Sunisshiningandsoareyou Stoopp, people keep telling me to get my sleep and I am just like "yup, I will" and then there I go doing other things. Lol. Almost 8a now for me, I will eventually get my sleep. Thank you for throwing some sleep glitter on me. Fingers crossed it works. <3

@Fristo I LOVE this posting! I encourage anyone with the passion to join the team. Being a smile spreader is and always will be the most rewarding role I hold. It was the best decision I made. If you enjoy making others happy and want to join in delivering sweet notes and creating pretty graphics, come join the team. All of our team members are amazing and offer something unique to only them. <3
@Fristo I am going to be honest here-- reading the title of this thread made me chuckle... specifically the "we care for you" part. It brought up the Nelson & Nelson Chiropractor commercial that that used to come on when I was younger. "Nelson & Nelson Chiropractor, we care for you!" Lol, that jingle is now stuck in my head. Haha. 😄
