There's always people that care. And taking one step at a time, no matter how small, is good enough. You're trying to get better, and that's amazing.
@Anniekaz we at 7 cups of tea care a great deal about you:)
I guess im back to this again.
@agreeableCherry4870 well done keep going:)
I hit step 30, today. I learned from a really nice listener that I am only human. I know it's silly to speak the obvious, but I never used to see myself that way. I used to see myself as a lesser, but now I know that it is okay to make mistakes. Every single person in the world should not have to feel like they need to strive for the unrealistic expectation of being perfect. Everyone deserves to feel like they can learn from their mistakes without feeling like a failure. At the end of the day, all humans should feel like they are good enough and that, no matter how you are feeling currently, we are NOT above or below other people.
@RedPandaExpress88 you are enough:)
@peacefulSoul8 Thank you for saying that. You are very nice.
I learned that their is always something to be thankful. and that Even though i feel like i mess up alot and i'm not worth anyhing I atcally am and I do somethings pretty well.

@lucidpanic well done for hitting your milestone!:)
I'm on step 130 and feel like I'm regressing into a state of constant worry and fear.
@Krank Sometimes are doing well , a plateau is reached. So take it easy on urself. try some of the mindfulness techniques. They will help is dealing with the current stage. best wishes.
I just reached #70. I realized something pretty amazing. A few days ago I talked at length with a co-worker about the events leading up to the break up with my fiancé in 2010. Yes, I know that was a long time ago, but the events leading up to the break up made up the most difficult time of my life (including sexual abuse and emotional abuse as a child and my parent's divorce and being stuck with a "mother" with Narcissistic Personality Disorder)
The really amazing thing is that in the past talking about these events has spun me back down to a very bad place. I realized that it didn't really affect me. Focusing on the positive in my life and being mindful and present in each day has definitely helped me and I am so grateful.
@Sheina U have overcome so much amd moved forward. focusing ur thoughts/energy on +ive things, is the only way and u r living it well. Best wishes.
