I like to think that Gary Glasbergand Mark Harmon are going to hire me to write for NCIS Season 13, so I've been writing short stories that could be turned into scenes! Hey, a writer can dream...
Seriously, I am Step 4 of my journey and I am keeping my journal. I mentioned the writing because I am writing for pleasure.

Reached step 10 on my growth journey. Being able to come hear and listen to other people and gain support has been amazing and has saved a few trips to the emergency room. Now when things get to much I can simply open the app and help is available which is a huge relief whenyou are struck with anxiety and depressive thoughts. Thank you all and I am excited to continue to meet more friends!

It's not just in some of us; it's in EVERYONE! And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.
I was watching Black Swan. Somehow what you have said is related to the journey of the main character ie Nina. She is in a perfect world bubble where she is scared to let go and lose herself. And when she does..she is overwhelmed with the change eventhough it was always a part of her. It is ok to be scared. Whether it is light or darkness. Take your time to be comfortable with yourself. There is no rush.

After becoming an active listener after experiencing the member side, my depression has sub-sided and my anxiety has dropped. It's peaceful comforting other people and satisfying to talk about your problems to someone.
