I made it to 20 cups or steps .

That would be a lot of coffee or tea

Don't know if its helping or not but at least I can vent let out stuff that I've been holding onto for years

I made it to my 20th step today. I'm feeling better and working hard to focus on myself and making myself happier.

The one thing I've learned is that I'm not alone, And everything is going to be okay... To stay strong.

Pushing through. I am a fighter and I am going to beat ocd because I am stronger than ocd and I have the power of 7-cups behind me.

I just reached #80 and I joined in September. I've learned that some days I will feel better and some days depression and anxiety and perfectionism will hit and leave me a total mess, and it's okay. The most important thing is to hold on. Writing this made me think of a quote my friend once told me: 'Do your best and God will do the rest.' smiley

One thing I'm concerned, though, is today I told my mom that I couldn't go to school because of the unfinished schoolwork. That's partly true: I haven't finished the stuff I have to do, but I was planning on letting myself have a little break from school as well. But now I'm thinking about it, it seems like skipping school and I don't really want that. Is it really okay to take days off just to relax?

@DreamHope i understand that. Somedays i do feel fab while sometimes i m soooo depressed. I wonder if the good days can last forever lol

I had that feel but for me, it is essential to see which is ur priority and how many times u are doing so. Sometimes it becomes a habit n it is hard to change.

keep it up

I've learned that taking a few minutes to myself during the day to work on me can have lasting positive effects for many days. @GlenM

When you fall, get back up, no matter how comfortable the ground is.

I have been learning that it is OK to ask for help. That help is there if I need it. That I don't have to resort to dire things to cry out for help any more, because there is help there, and there are people who want to listen and want to help.
