Step #330
I learned that trust is a very fragile thing.
@EyeOnlyWantToHelp
Hmm, I hope you're doing alright. *hugs*
I've learned so much from this even though I just started less than a week ago.
One thing I've learned is that sometimes you have to take a step back, and understand that the path to healing is not a race, but rather a stroll that you must take your time with. The path to healing is both ugly and beautiful, and if you try to race through it you'll never learn anything.
@Wasabii
This is such great insight -- hold onto it. You are doing great!
"It does not matter how slow you go, so long as you never stop." Love ya!
I have learned to meditate and breathe..help me to stay focused and calm...
@Moi2016
Glad you've learned ways to stay calm and at ease. <3 Keep it up!
@GlenM I learned that it's okay to be yourself, and it's okay if some people don't like yyou for who you are.
I'm learning to relax and taking better care of myself and my family also eating right and healthy lifestyles and habits. Which is slowly helping me manage my stress and anxiety also depression I care fell my heart still at a very low place I'm really far into depression but I also feel like I'm SLOWLY getting better but it all start with this amazing app 7cups it's amazing. And so helpful it helped me get on the right track , and I'm still holding on strong and fighting for peace and happiness and a less stressful life and no depression. I know I'll get there if I keep fighting and pushing for it . Just takes ALOT of time to get there . I hope soon I will.
@Roseberrytealeaves
I hope so too. It may very well be a long road, it certainly isn't instantaneous, it may be bumpy and even disheartening at times, but there is a road. There's a way to recover, and it means everything that you're taking the first steps towards feeling better. I'm glad you feel 7 Cups has helped you immensely. <3 We're here for you, and I hope you will take care of yourself. :) Hope you're getting some support. <3
@guidingMusic
Thanks so much and things are very veryyyy slowly getting better but the good thing is I see tiny progress switch is all that matter because alittle will always go along way after me and my husband get moving better. Thanks again have a good day!
Going strong.
@ElChico
Great job, keep it up! :D
@ElChico Keep up the good work! :) Very proud of you.
Step 3630. I'm unloved here. people judge me on my bad english despite it's a third language for me. they correct me systematically on every mistake. I don't have the energy to learn english, it's too hard for me..
@TortueDesBois
I am sorry to hear you feel unloved 🙁
What is your first language?
@Sjr french
@TortueDesBois
I am sorry to hear that. That is a lot you are dealing with. We all lack somewhere, there is nothing wrong in that. That is great that you know three languages.( your English mighty fine to me
) i am sure you will make your English better at your own pace at right time.
@TortueDesBois Seems like you're doing a pretty good job in learning English basing from your well-written post. Don't worry too much. Sending you my love.
It's always been a dream of mine to learn French.
@TortueDesBois - You have come amazingly far on your growth path steps and member level. Congratulations!
@TortueDesBois
i really hope you will stay a part of the community. I can't imagine why anyone would correct your English. I hope that you will feel more welcomed. You deserve to feel wholly appreciated and accepted.
The #1 thing I've learnt is a few minutes of mindfulness goes a long way
@Kempupkempdown Different things help different people. I'm glad you were able to find something that works for you. :) Keep up the great work.
idk
@JaeCollins And that's perfectly fine! Idk what I've learned sometimes (or if I even learned something in the first place).
@JaeCollins That is 100% fine. It is okay to not know sometimes. :)
