I've learned that people will make promises to always be there when much of the time they don't know what that means... So... As people come and go it is very important to me that I know how to be the one that always shows up for myself. I have to learn what it means when I say I will always be here for myself... And I have to really mean it.

No matter how it looks, there is something that I didn't fail at. I did something good. I just have to look for it. And even if I can only find something small, that can be big.
@brightDrum7814 Just enjoy every motion/ act in ur daily routine. A simple thing as getting up at the first ring of the alarm itself can be a matter of joy . The small things which we take for granted, when u are aware of them, they become a source of motivation and joy. Best wishes
