Level 20... I'm learning to be more grateful for the little things
@Introvert1190 That's great! Always remember that little things lead to greater things!
Hi all,
I'm 2 days into 7cups and 2 days into practised mindfulness (with the help of the exercises here) I'm also on to week 5 (the group meets once a week) of a program that focuses on healthy living and exercise, I'm yet to miss a session so far. I'm feeling much better in myself yet still I know there are many days to come, some have been dark, the majority are happy and improvement milestones. This is off the back of my hospital discharge which was 9 months 1 day ago (I look at that date as my newest year).
@InkStainedFingers That's such a great news! I hope you have more sunshine in your life rather than darkness! :) x
level 10💫
@straightforwardSpring3116 That's so great! Keep on going! xx
My life may not look the way I might have imagined in college, but I trust that God has a plan for me.
@proactiveTiger3409 Things doesnt always turn the way we imagined but it might be better! I hope you accomplish your dreams in college one way or another! x
Little steps can accomplish large goals
@MalloryJordan Yes! That's so true! You cant reach the end of the staris if you dont take all the steps!
I've learned that it's okay to make mistakes.
@Artclubkid23
It is. <3 Good for you having realized this, and not all mistakes are avoidable anyway. So long as you try to learn from it. ^^
@GlenM that my EGO can act out and interfer with my happiness.
@Dragonfly60
Yeah, that can happen. I hope you're finding ways to curb it when needed, so you can have happiness. Take care. ^^
I finished reading an all in all 4 chapters of my book for school. I didn't have any panic attacks today, I ate, and for the first time in a while, I smiled.
@supergee
Yay for you! <3 I'm so glad to hear this, and think it's something you deserve congratulations for. :D It's nice that no matter what occurs later, this is a good thing that you accomplished. ^^
Well, I learned from that test stuff I already know, and nothing has changed. Thank you anyways.
@kritiskapersona
Yeah, if you mean the 7 Cups wellness test, or some other similar test, it's true they don't necessarily teach us anything new about ourselves, if we know ourselves well enough. There's more that could be learned though, elsewhere and everywhere. I hope you'll find something worth lesrning. Take care. ^^
To accept my mistakes
@Caitlin111
I'm glad you've done so. Whatever this means now, good job for recognizing mistakes you've made. Take carr. ^^
