I cut again. I guess it's called a relapse and I'm not proud of it.
I don't know what got me here. This site and the people are my last hope.
today is going to be a good day
the site really helps me calm down in a "freak out" :)
Since I joined 7cupsoftea, I've been feeling much more at peace with who I am as a person. I now know that the traits that I once thought were flaws - such as my introverted nature - aren't actually as bad as I thought they were. I have a small group of friends, but this allows me connect closely with them on an individual level.
I've also grown to realize that sometimes you need to take the time focus on yourself more than others. I'm starting to put myself first more and more!

I've learned that there will always be someone to listen to your troubles - even if it's a stranger.
Since finding this website I no longer feel as alone, I know that if I ever need someone to talk to I can come here to get help, I've learned to love myself more and to not beat myself up over everything that happens

"Pain demands to be felt"
Sometimes its okay to be sad, incredibly sad and lost. The important part is that once those feelings wash over you, you stand up again.
And sometimes, the hardest thing you'll ever do is let go of things that are no longer good for you. But sometimes growing means growing apart from things and people that once meant everything. Sometimes you have to stop wanting people who no longer want you.
