I've realized that I have to try to get better everyday consistently. I can't take a break from it ever. I can and will prevail and become better as I see it to be. I will be the person I want to be.
@Zubb999 with hope and determination comes success, if you follow it through. And you certainly seem to be doing so!

Dunno what to say tho, life goes on as they always do..
@Melica congrats! The autumn would pass one day!
just reached step 20 on my growth path, and what I've learned to accept as fact is that none of my situation is my fault or the result of my failures, that it says nothing about me and everything about the people abusing me. thank you, 7cups.
That is awesome! @xfindingMeenahx
Talking to others and getting out of the house is very therapeutic.
@sacto. It is. I need to do that more. Thank you!
I am so super excited to be on this journey to a healthier happier me!
Trying something new is good
@simplelife03790
Glad you've been thinking of or are trying new things. ^^ Keep it up.
I'm at level 30 - I'm learning that I need to focus on self-care right now. Between a myriad of health issues and dealing with a rather devastating breakup, I just need to take care of myself, both physically and emotionally. I shouldn't feel guilty for focusing on myself right now, either. I need this.
@ThirteenXIII
*hugs* What else is there for you to do, when this stepping back to take care of yourself is what you need? Stay strong. <3
@guidingMusic Thank you! *hugs*
@ThirteenXIII First of all, congratz on your next step! And I am so proud of you taking the step to caring for yourself. It's one of the most important things one can do and it truly helps in the long run!
@KatzPajamaz Thank you! I agree, taking care of yourself is important.
go me. i've reached step ten. this calls for a celebration.
@rileyxo
Yep, good job getting to step 10. :) Take care.
@rileyxo It truly does call for a celebration! //throws confetti~ Keep up the great work Riley!
I've learnt that I've been doing 'progressive muscle relaxation' wrong the whole time! I've been focussing too much on the tension and not the relaxation feeling.
@LittleLotte
Wow, that's a good lesson to learn. :) Glad you figured out how it should be done then.
@guidingMusic I was taught at a relaxation class, so I have the instructor to thank!
