I learned that i am afraid of men. not sure how to fit it in my brain yet but it makes so much sence that i feel nasous thinking about it.

I've reached step 40 and I've learned, that I'm more worth than I make myself believe I am.

Yay for reaching another step. This time I've learned that I need to work on my maturity levels, which go hand in hand in some areas in regard to empathy. So yes, put myself first...but not at the risk of picking fights with people I care about just because they didn't automatically know to do what I hoped they would.

Yeahh, it's a balance. I've admittedly been guilty of that too sometimes. :p And it's still a good thing that you're self aware enough to realize the things you could do better without forsaking what you're looking for. Take care as always. ^^

I've learned that I can't control how I interpret things necessarily, but I can take a step back and remind myself that the way I interpret things isn't always the way they were meant.
