Hi Everyone, I have reached step 320.

Whoaaaa biiig number!! Congratss!!!! And I absolutely love that quote. It is so true. :) keep up your hard work!!
Welp, step 10 achieved. I've learned a lot about the site in general and also that anxiety can manifest in really tricky, frightening ways.... Just earlier today I felt a huge stab of pain in my chest, my whole body went hot and tingly, and I had trouble breathing. But it only lasted a second. Then it was gone.... After I sat down, used my inhaler, and meditated for five minutes I was fine. It's been hours and I haven't had anymore trouble breathing or had any more pain, and I'm convinced now that it was anxiety related. Horrible, since most of my panic attacks center around having a heart attack one day...
@buggsby
Congrats on reaching your step number!!! And i hope your anxiety goes away. I know how terrible it is to have anxiety.
That a constructive outlet doesnt require a dialog.
@BlueSkyFading
You're right! It doesnt :D i am glad you have learned this :D
Today I grow... Today I am starting to be a better person... I went back to the website and did breathing... Today I have hope to feel better and start a path to accept anxiety
@JuCasou
AWESOME!!! i am so happy to hear that!!
I'm so proud of myself for getting back in the gym, staying active, getting back into graduate school and eating healthy. Most important exercise has really reduced stress which helped overcome my anxiety and insomnia. I feel like I've accomplished so much since I started my wellness journey on March 31st. My mind is clear and I'm making decisions I couldn't make for years. I'm no longer on any prescription medication for the 1st time in years. I feel like my future is finally looking promising and I'm finally happy to be alive again.
@Butterflye
