I have learned to forgive people not for their actions but for myself. They may never change but I can always let go of that they have done to me. I have learned that my eating disorder doesn't define me and I CAN and I WILL recover. I have learned to turn every abusive word from my dad into something positive. I have learned that there really ARE good people in this world who want to help train wrecks like me. :)

I have learned that even if we think we hurt everyone around is. The fact they are dull there, even through everything... Shows we aren't as alone as we think we are

Step 175. Journalled lots this weekend. Wrote note to a workshop presenter and although nervous when I gave it to her she asked me to email her and says she read it. Best part was that she understood me and gave me the comfort i so needed. Now to wonder if we'll be able to talk about note and whether she can be another mentor for me

I was finally able to tell my boyfriend about my new condition. I have been terrified to do this and he took it well, as well as can be expected. He now knows the ins and outs of it all and I have someone to open up to.

I have learned that I should let go of the past and not feel so sentimental about it, better things are coming.
