Now am able to find my lost soul. I have learned to love myself coz its worthy. That was my problem, people cant love me coz i didnt give that love to myself first. I am looking forward to be stronger and dont let the harsh reality bring me down. No problem to live in an imaginary life as long as it makes me happy. I would love to thank the listeners and the members here coz each one of them has taught me something that did a significant change in my life. Its time to leave the dreadful past and people behind.

The number one thing I have learned was to push myself out of my comfort zone. My anxiety and panic has kept me in my house for over a month. This week, I pushed myself to leave my house 3 days in a row. I felt uncomfortable and panicky but pushed through those feelings. Small steps towards recovery.

I learned that no bad experience does really last for long you will get over it so sit back and calm down it would pass.
