Be kind to myself, accept my limitations @GlenM
@optimisticIdea6173
Of course be kind to yourself, you are a beautiful person 🙂
Have an amazing day!
I am learning that practicing an art or learning a new trick is a good way to focus the mind on something productive and positive.
@patientJar5522
You are absolutely right! Putting your focus onto learning something new is very exciting!
Good luck to you!
Made it to step 40, supposed to share what I've learned.
I was making lots of progress with my mental health and happiness but I feel like I'm back at square one again.
What I've learned is that progress and success aren't a straight road, there's ups and downs and sometimes you're ahead, and sometimes you're behind. It's still progress if you are trying even if you are failing a little.
@Catspajamas1
You are doing amazingly well sweetheart, try not to be so hard on yourself, there are times when we feel progress is slow, and it can be sometimes, but the thing to remember, is, your recovery is a journey, your own personal journey, there are no time limits, and the road can be bumpy at times, the point is, you keep going, learning how to deal with new situations throughout your journey!
Your here, your doing it, your winning so far! I'm proud of you 🙂
Take care sweetheart!
That I do good things
@caseyisasexybeast - That's awesome! Keep up the good work
I've learned that it is possible to improve
@communicativeStrings3768
Many things are achievable if we work hard, I'm sure your doing a great job
Good luck

Everything is better with less fear. No matter what you are going through, it is easier if you are not afraid.

Wise words 🙂 thank you for sharing
I (think) I learned, that the people here are really like me, so I shouldn't be as critical of myself, my decisions and life as I usually am. (Even though it's pretty hard sometimes)
@Kiiris - I'm really so happy to hear that the people here have been so nice towards you! And that's an awesome thing to have learned, I hope this amazing 7cups community continues to help and support you
