I've learned this week if you try to get better and it feels like nothing is working in your favor.... maybe you're genuinely tired of trying and want to give up... being patient and still in the moment, especially in the midst of this kind of pain and uncertainty, is sometimes a huge step forward. Confidence and strength comes from this type of endurance. nothing is hopeless or pointless, perseverance is KEY :)

Not give up, my friends. Your hardships are like sand inside the oyster: irritating (or challenging) but you'll come through these times more beautiful than before. You will one day wear them like a string of pearls around your neck.

Much love andand peace out!

I've learned that I'm not alone, not in anything. And that if I ever feel down or need help there is a place I can turn full of understanding that will help me get back up again.

It's not the easiest thing to do but if you can rest your body during a panic attack it seems to diminish faster and doesn't get as deep

I agree, stepping out and taking risks is important! Life is any adventure which you make it, and by getting out of your comfort zone, you may be able to achieve things which you never thought possible @96nam

Being passionate about something and remembering that can motivate you to do other things.

I agree; finding something in life which you are wholeheartedly passionate about and love, will help to keep you focused, fulfilled and motivated. Sharing you talents with others can be a greatly satisfying thing @chelia27
