I have learned that I can't worry about things not in my control & to keep going, whatever happens it will be ok!

I am worthy of love and I am good enough. The way others feel about me shouldn't define me.

Realizing that years of struggle - growing up in an ultra conservative environment being told "no", gay, Asian, 42, lost my mom and my family falling out after, lost my house, car, filed bankruptcy, rocky relationship with another person who is very impulsive and manipulative, now living in another ultra conservative environment working for a company that brings me anxiety, stress and pounds on my self esteem - none of these should matter because I realized I no longer have anything to loose. I just have to let go! :)

I realized that I am not alone in my anxiety at work and in private life. Maybe, I am human to let myself feel ok.

Be patient with yourself!

So far I've learned to focus more on the positive things I've done during the day rather than the negative.

The most valuable thing that I have learned over the past few months is that this while depression thing takes time and that I need to be patient, especially on the really bad days.
