I've learned that life is going to throw some difficult tasks out of nowhere and you have to realize that it's just one bump out of the rest of your life

My 10th step is completes and I've learned that I need to make myself happy first so I can make others happy and that is to succeed more in life. I've tried to pretend I was happy so I wouldn't disappoint others but when I didn't pretend anymore , I knew it had to stop specially my behavior because my attitude is beasty! And in my pass I was gifted and happy.

@kindTurtle4970 That's very true Turtle, and I find it helps sometimes, when your goal seems out of reach, to look back and see how far you have come on your journey :) well done on your amazing progress and I wish you all the best <3

That even after 21 years of treating my Bipolar and working with therapists, there is still more room to work on myself and keep healing. And that's OK.

I realize that seven cups always start with a "new cup" everyday, and it hit me so hard on the head that I seem to be sad about things from soooo long ago. That I never see every day as "new". Somehow, that relieves me off troubles and made me feel hopeful too. :')

I'm so happy you made this discovery, and thankyou for sharing - I wish you all the best on your amazing 7cups journeylaugh

I learned that no matter how slow your progress is, every little baby step matters. And that if you want to feel good, you need to surround yourself with uplifting things.
