@GlenM I'm learning that even when I'm not feeling great, recalling good things that have happened and today's positives brings a sense of relief.
@Rainbow22 Even when it's storming, there are always rainbows to be remembered. :) I'm so glad you learned that. Good job!
i am not alone @GlenM
@marshal65 The community is glad to have you here!
@GlenM
At step 249 and I am learning that people who troll me on the internet don't have to be responded to. In fact I can delete their comments.
I am learning that I am worthy to be put first and it is not selfish.
I am learning to focus on the positive.
I am learning to meditate daily.
I am learning to be myself and let people like me or not I am who I am.
I am learning that if I'm doing the best I can, the only thing to do is believe things will get better as a result and stay focused.
@patientJar5522 Wow, looks like you've learned a lot today. It's so nice to see you care more for yourself and accept you for who you are. Keep up the great work!
I'm learning and trying to be more positive. My entire life people have always said "you're so negative, be more positive". I always brushed it off and ignored their advice. Ended up biting me in the ass.
@Neuma1bm2 I'm glad you're being more positive. :)

Feels excellent having reached through step 10 of 7 cuos has really showed me to be more appreciative to my own self and thoughts re-evaluating my life and seriously placing it where it should be. Never loose your identity or yourself.
@OneLove925 Congratulations on completing step 10! Self love is a great thing to learn. :)

I've learned that you don't have to be a hero every waking minute. Four or five moments is enough.
@SlyAce20
I totally agree! I've been learning this lesson too.
@SlyAce20 I love this and I totally agree!
I learned to accept my depression and realise a few of the triggers and my incapability of letting people in. This causes cracks in my relationship with people and makes me awkward when it comes toopening up to people and making new friends...
@Anosofia32 I can really relate to what you're saying. Accepting depression is a big step. You are awesome for reaching this milestone. It's also hard for me to open up to people. Baby steps my friend, slowly your shell will open too. :)
Hit step 100. I've learned that little things can make a big difference. When I'm angry, or anxious, or manic, or depressed, a step or two or twelve on the growth path gets me back into a better frame of mind. None of them are curative. None replace my meds or my therapist. But they help.
@FlamingosWearLipstick Wow, step 100! Good job! I'm glad it helps you. Baby steps can really take you places. But it's also important that you keep up with your therapy and medication. You are doing great. Keep it up!
I learned that my instinct is to lash out from a place of pain if someone hurts me, and in turn I only do myself a disservice along with those around me.
@ScatteredEmotions it pains us all, its natural. But it would end, someday
