Despite being stressed and still battling with "partying" too much I no longer feel depressed. Mornings are pretty nice these days.
@HouseFianceDirtbag Happy to know you are progressing . Things don't need to be perfect just progress. :)
I've learned to stop being so critical of myself, especially when there's no evidence of wrong doing. And sometimes you haven't done anything wrong, sometimes it's the other person's baggage!
@Beingthebestme88 Yeah be kind to yourself :) Treat yourself in the best way possible .:-)
Ive learned that no matter how hard the situation is that i should never stop being myself.
To never give up and to never lose faith, Be patience and life will get better. :)
@JackDTOML Yeah , just have faith that everything will be fine . " Everything will be okay in the end . If it's not okay , it's not the end " - Karen Salmansohn :-)
I'm learning to love myself for who I am. I'm finding a sense of self purpose again
I am on step 130 and I have learned that I am still very much vulnerable.
@AddiG That is absolutely wonderful! I admire your dedication. We learn about our specific vulnerabilities as we dig deeper into ourselves. General vulnerabilities are easy to overcome, but the more specific ones can be more difficult. I wish you luck in your endeavors.
i learned that there is always someone willing to lend a hand :)
@yuckymochi
That's great that you feel that you have support from others. I feel having a supportive network of people in one's life can greatly aid in wellness.
Being proud of being genderqueer
@Rheyn
I'm so glad that you are engaging in self-acceptance, and honouring the person who you are. I also feel outside factors do not relate to one's sense of worth. Congrats!
That small steps can make a difference
@tealTree1908
Small steps can certainly make a big impact in one's life! It's the little things that we do each day, that add up over the long run, and can create significant results. Great lesson to have learned!
That I'm still very sad about things that happened a long time ago, and shouldn't bother me so much.
@lemortvivante
I'm very glad that you're honouring and realizing your own feelings and being attuned to them. Perhaps you can be gentle with yourself, and allow yourself to heal within your own timeframe. Congrats, though, on this act of self-realization.
