@GlenM
I learned that a few moments a day on 7 cups can make me feel better.
@intellectualBunny2454
This is a wonderful lesson to have learned! Knowing what helps you, and using that for a support tool. Congrats!
Eres no solo. La comunidad es aquí para ti. Ciudate.
Learned to keep up with self care. I deserve it!
@comealongpond1988
Self-care is an important facet in one's state of wellness! Congrats on learning the lesson, that you certainly do deserve it! From eating well, exercising, relaxation activities, and proper sleep, self-care can go a long way in shaping the quality of one's life.
to accept life as it is instead of this perfect image that makes it impossible to live up to that was in my head for so many years, everything is perfect as it is and i can handle and enjoy it.
@adventurousFig1604
I think you're right! Learning this lesson that life doesn't have any, or doesn't need to live up to any "perfect" ideals is important! As long as you're happy and loving what you're doing, that's what should matter, regardless of outside circumstances such as career life, family life, etc. Wishing you the best!
Others will not always support you. They don't want the burden of your troubles. They don't get it. They don't care. Or any other reason. But YOU can support YOURSELF by simply holding your head high, shrugging it off, acting like you don't care. Imagine you are two different people. Best friends. Do YOURSELF favours! Give YOURSELF confidence! Be YOUR OWN best friend!
@SoManyQuestions
I think you're correct - others will not always support you in their lives, or even want to understand your troubles. You have learned an important lesson that being your own support person, being strong, shrugging off difficulties with ease, and "faking it until you make it" so to speak, can be effective tools in wellness. It sounds like you're certainly on the right track towards helping yourself, and improving your life, and for that, I would like to say, "Congrats!"
@lynjen thanks. There's been a lot going on in my life really but that is how I overcame it
That even if I screw up, I should keep trying.
@Xodarap
Trying one's best will certainly put you in an advantage to receive good results, I feel. And it will always be good enough. Congrats on this wonderful lesson learned!
Step 100... I don't know what to say except I'm glad I stuck with this for 100 days
@UnclearDreamer
I'm glad that you have learned that persistence certainly does pay off! Congrats!
I've learned that even though I have past trauma, physical and mental health problems and a lot of loss... I'm still a human being. Even though I'm in immense physical and emotional pain I'm still human. I may be hard to relate to, I may never find someone who truly understands me but I'm still a human. I'm still worth it. I may still have something to offer this world one day.
@TinyTricera88 Very kind and important words to say to yourself :) Sometimes we expect so much of ourselves, and at the end of the day we are just human.
I've learned that I'm a lot stronger than I give myself credit for and that I AM making progress. Little by little I am growing stronger and getting better.
@doeji It is really great that you recognize this! It is so easy to only focus on the negatives, we are actually so prone to going down the negative path and then we sometimes can forget about the positive truths :)
