I am learning to forgive my enemies, learn from my mistakes, learn I can start again and move on with my life. I am learning to love those around me and also to love myself
@intellectualMap6035
These are important lessons to be learning. I am glad that you're learning these things and able to share what you learned with us. Keep up the great work! <3
Learning to enjoy being by yourself and liking it is very empowering.
@Mikaus
Accepting yourself for who you are! Such a wonderful lesson to have learned.
@GlenM
I learned that when you share your bad/negative feelings with others, they start to have less of a hold over you, and you realize how ridiculous you sound when you say it someone or write it down. By actively writing it down or talking to someone you release alot of the pain and once you stop focusing on the pain you start to feel better. Pain can be as comforting as pleasure if you allow yourself to get use to it.
@stormyvcat
I think you hit the nail on the head with these lessons learned! Talking about your feelings and emotions with others can be a great release! Also, writing down your thoughts and releasing them onto paper can be really therapeutic and helpful! Congrats!!
every day you have a chance to change your own world in a positive way.
@stormyvcat
Beautiful lesson to have learned! Everyday is a chance for creating something special in your life.
Realizing depression isn't who I am but a disease I'm fighting
@crimsonOak5063
Great lesson! Depression is not who you are, it's a challenge which you are coping with -- something outside of you.
Yaay step 180!
