Been learning How 2 be strong...
@Taylor1996
You are doing great. Our struggles push us to really see how strong we can be.
Been learning that talking with listeners always makes me feel good. And that doing things that make me feel good are OK.
Learned A LOT about setting boundaries and have already put those new skills to some use, with some success! Yay!
@Carlene
I'm so happy for you and so happy to hear that you have had such success with finding great listeners. Continue to keep up the great work and know that we are so proud of you!
@LucyInTheSky Thanks for the love! :)
To accept anxiety
@Oyacht
Accepting that you have anxiety, that you are dealing with anxiety, and how to deal with it can be really hard. So good that you are on the journey to accepting it. You are doing great.
@GlenM
To be okay with who you are and love yourself for it
Wow
That I'll be okay.
I just came here at 7cups yesterday because of my never ending panic/anxiety related to work.
I was in front of my PC in a very bad mood and just typing "anxiety help online" I ended up here. I had a few chat with some amazing listerners, I started my Growth path and I learn loads of new thing, from a different perspective, about this big bad enemy called anxiety.
I went through a guide with one of the listeners and this morning I practices some relaxation breathing techniques while I was in bed struggling to get up to go to the office (worrying about the hurdles of the day).
I am here at work now: I know it's just something I had to do, but it's not easy sometimes to go on and the main idea is to give up.
I hope to improve my ability to manage this monster that is threatening me since when I was a kid.
Thank you.
it is relaxing to sit down wih a coloring book, even if you can only focus for a short time.
@GlenM That there is somewhere I can always go for help and support when I feel like I can't do it on my own :)
@GlenM to be proud of myself and what i do
