What I've learned??

The most important thing so far is that I'm not alone. There are tons of people out there going through similar things or completely different things and experiencing the same kind of feelings I am.

@DistortedAria True that! You are never alone. The community is here for you.

@GlenM not real sure yet what I have learned other than taking a few tests that have me still wondering about why I feel all this fear in my chest.

Your doing just great by being here sweetheart, give it a little time, and hopefully real soon, you'll start to notice a difference.

It's hard writing about this kind of stuff for the entire world to see but for some reason it makes me feel a little better. A silly app won't fix anything but to know someone out there wants to help you and Listen makes my heart warm.whatever you are going through I can confirm that there's someone on here that has gone through it as well. So don't be afraid to open up to people it could save you

@Hurtinsidestuckintime

Im really glad you did decide to write here today, because now I get the opportunity to tell you how incredibly brave and strong you are for being here, taking the step to open up, it's not so hard once you've done it once, and you right, we may not be able to fix things, but we can certainly make you feel special, wanted and cared for when you need it 🙂

Thank you for being here, you wonderful person 🙂
