Recovery comes in different formes, and sometimes it is not visible how much you have recovered until you step forward and face everything all over again, and notice how much more wiser you handle your problems.
I have learned that, no matter what, I do have at least one thing, if not more, to be grateful for each and every do. And not just say it, also to feel that gratitude, be moved by it. :)
@orangeWatermelon8349 Also that, even though I'm not taking part and completing any big activities during the day due to my physical and mental health issues, I'm still carrying out small activities (such as getting up out of bed) that help in the medium and long term of my emotional wellbeing. :)

Following my path I'm feeling better
That keeping things to ourselves isn't a healthy thing to do. Sometimes we need to speak up and ask for help.
My loneliness is just a vestige of my past. Situations can change and as much as I hate losing people, I can always fill that void if I choose to. I can learn to value myself, be enough for myself, and see that everything I have is already enough. Anything above that is the cherry on top of the ice cream. When I love myself I have a brighter outlook on life and the world. Pain, fear, anguish I always associated with negativity but really, they're elements of human nature. As deeply as I feel a loss, I realize that that's how much I truly cared and valued having that connection. For me, being able to love that much, feel that much tells me how strong I am and that everything I need and want to be happy I can find in myself. It isn't weakness to forgive and care for others who have wronged me - it's empathy for everyone's emotional conditions.
