Step 80 - I learned that before I haven't been trying as hard as I should to be my best self. Its important to make sure you have what you think you need to be happy and better yourself as a person. In the past, the recent past, I've been angry and blamed others for my problems and avoided talking to people thinking I was gonna get used. But I learned that true friends wont use me, no one else is to blame for things that I messed up and its my job to fix or make my situation better, but there's no shame in needing help either. I'm used to rejection so I tried to get used to doing everything myself, but I ask for help when I really need it when I'm really stuck and lately I've had good luck with it. So overall I learned that if I really need help I don't have to be shy, I can ask for help and I might get what I need, while doing stuff for myself of course
@MystiBelle23 Hey Mysti, congrats on reaching step 80 :) it's true, we all have the responsibility to put in effort to better ourselves and take care of ourselves. But we can't do it on our own either, and it's really good that you're opening up to people to ask for help. You're going strong in your journey, keep it up! ^^
To breathe and keep calm.

The most important thing i realized so far is that sometimes we are so hard on ourselves while we can be much more easier than others. When it comes to judging, we are so generous but when it comes to understanding we are the meanest on ourselves. Giving advice to myself really worked for me. Thanks!

I realised what I'm greatful for
@GlenM I'm learning how to actually relax.
Since I've been on 7 cups, I've completed 10 steps and I feel good about myself. I've never done anything like this but, lately I've been stressed and wanting to try something positive and keep me focused on the positive. It's been hard some days I'm good and then others I'm not. 7 cups has been teaching me to just focus on the positive it goes a long way even if you don't notice it at first
@Destiny724 Heya Destiny, gratz on milestone 10! It's true that trying to think positive all the time can be tiring sometimes especially when you're stressed or just not in the mood. But the more you do it the more you can get used to that pattern of thought and it can really help you feel better in general ^^ To me it's sort of like doing a little house-cleaning in your head to get rid of the thoughts that are bogging you down and put up some interior decor of inspiring and positive thoughts :P good job and I wish you all the best!
