I come here way to often.

It's easier to talk to other people when I'm not so much in my head. It's better when I'm not engulfed in my universe. Everything expands​

i learned that i will get through this..

Oh god this is the fifth time ive been here today, I think I might be addicted to growth steps.

I've learned to stop being so critical ofmyself and others. It's important to view myself and others as complex beings with many feelings, contradictions, inconsistencies and varying opinions in an ever-changing dynamic way. Individual humans cannot be simplified into stereotypes or lists of attributes and must be approached with an open mind and an open heart.

I learned that there are more people who are messed up than you and that talking to people (anonymously) takes a load of stress off your back.

How am I gettinggrowth steps so fast.

This is getting crazy now, I myust have no life.

I learned that not everybody thinks the same way about what you should be doing with your life and that's okay!
