Level 90! Had a bit of an anxiety slip up today but after some breathing I was ok agian. I am still learning how to practice kindness, gratitude and compassion as though these things are ingrained in me, I seem to have lost them uring my bouts of depression and anxiety. Let's hope I can regain :)

Self-care is what really sticks to me. Also, I've learned just how many people are struggling with a form of depression. I knew it was a lot, but it's too many.

I'm learning how to listen to myself better. Behind every emotion is a trigger, but more than that if you take a second to examine the emotion and be honest with yourself, you'd be surprised the compromises and solutions you come up with. Its like any other relationship. If your friend or partner is upset and comes to you with an issue, you don't ignore them and tell them to go away that you can't deal with them right now. So why do we treat ourselves that way?
