Potatoes are hilarious for some unknown reason. Guys are a source of anxiety for me right now. Listeners sometimes need to be listened to.
200 yeahhh!!!
I leaned so far .....
To love and accept myself, to be happy !!!
Ive learned that sometimes I myself am using invalidating language toward my own person and illness.
#320 And I am feeling so proud. Just remember everybody "Hold On Pain Ends"
The healing journey isn't an easy one and there definitely aren't easy answers or short cuts but I discovered I'm not alone. We're all travelling in our own boats down this river but somehow on 7cups we're tied together by some invisible thread that helps to carry along some of us that may lag behind from time to time or when we get are able to get ahead we are able to help pull others with us because we have seen a bit more of the river and know what might be up ahead and can help guide those that need help. And some times we float quietly side by side just enjoying the ride whatever that ride may be: Rocky, violent, or peaceful and still.
What I've learned from all of this is that all I have to do is look ahead, beside myself or behind on this river and know that I'm not alone on my journey of self healing. :)
I'm learning I need to hold my shoulders back to look and feel more confident.
So far I have learnt that there will be down days and up days and I need to accept that.. I use a journal to log most days and think back in the week when I have down days.. Lately I have had more good days then bad which is such an improvement!... Also to add to this, talking about what is going on in my head has helped enormously and id advise everybody to be more open with what they are feeling whether it is good or bad.
I learned that I need to take care of my anxiety to better myself in every way.
