Realising that there is random lovely kind people all over to world here out of choice to help and give advice, I'm overwhelmed with these people's kindness, I've been made to wait a month or so to even get in contact with a therapist, I was bursting and couldn't wait any longer and came across this app and tonight I spoke to someone for half an hour, if that, and they opened my eyes that little bit more! And gave me a glimpse of self hope, 7cups, I owe you

I've learned that I'm an amazing person. I have value. I have a lot to be thankful for and no matter what I'm going through... I have to continue to move forward & work on myself, in order to achieve my goals.

@GlenM

What have I learned ... well I've been doing a lot of reading of the self-help guides. I've learned tons actually. Lots about stress and where it comes from and bullying as well as how to help people in crisis. I learned that sometimes saddnes and depression and anxiety come for no reason and all you can do is sit with it and be mindful that it is there. you don't have to enjoy it but you have to accept that it is there. fighting with it seems to get no where but making it worse. So here I am sitting with my saddness. Helping others. And i'm okay. I'm still really sad and the thoughts are still there but i'm okay.
