I have started to knowing me better what does anyone else want but knowing themselves first ! :D yay ! iam so happy to be a part of this member community ! :)
688 and I am learning that just because I'm not great at something when I start out, it doesn't mean that with study and practice I won't get better. I was taught that you had to have a natural aptitude for things or it wasn't worth it to try. I never applied myself to so many things because the first time I tried them I was bad at them. So many things are learned skills. If I choose, I can become good at a thing.
Learning to rewire a lot of my thinking to build healthier habits, with some help. I'm making a lot of progress and I'm pretty proud. :)
@TabbyPhoenix great news, that's all it is changing the way we think, u way to go 👍
Today, confidence means that I'm listening to my inner voice and can trust it. That's such a huge step.
290 steps now.. Happy with myself, even though the past days were nooooot easy for me. I short of had a relaps. But i am doing better now. I was wondering.. Can being on the pill be harmfull to the mental stability? Hormones have an affect on it, right?
Step 2000! I learned that every problem has a solution, and sometimes the solution is to let time pass and heal wounds.
Step 150! I've learned that sometimes I'm not okay, and that's okay.
I am struggling with boredom and the limits of my life.
@temper3
If you want something badly enough in life you will find a way to go and get it. Period.
Keep thinking to the future my friend- imagine yourself in 5 years time looking back at today, this exact moment. What do you wish you were doing? Make it happen. Find a way.
Faith love and hope :)
I have learned on step 260, to stay focused on positive and avoid the negative
Just keep taking steps forward. If you happen to miss a step or stumble, it's OK. Regain your balance, take a deep breath, and put that foot out for your next step.
