I have learned that I shouldn't expect people to act the way I want and even though everything won't go my way, it doesn't mean I have to give up trying to get what I want

I learned that I cannot be in a healthy relationship with someone if I don't have a healthy relationship with myself on the first place.

I'm getting a little better at noticing thoughts and feelings without judging them, just noticing. It's a relief to have one less layer of *should*. When I do judge, I dont have to judge the judging though, just notice. This starts to feel like loving myself.

At step 100 ive learn over past steps the following

1) to take a deep breathe

2) to focus on the positive in my life

3) to let go of the negative in the moment

4) to feel and process he hard emotions

5) to love myself through child wound

6) that its okay not to master this all at once or 100% of the time as healing is a process
