I learned that being more positive is possible and mindfulness creates a calming atmosphere of thinking.

I learned that learning to tolerate anxiety is harder than it seems. I hate negative emotions ruining everything, but they're a part of life. But I guess most of why I hate anxiety with a passion is that I fear it will ruin some special moments,. I'm terrified of that actually

I'm in the process of many steps because life is not a continuum but sometimes a back-and-forth journey that must be live to be understood. I really am learning that without understanding of self there's no understanding of others. And, there are many "reasons" that things happen but it's best to think differently once. Once you think differently, do you have the ability to change your perspective. Without different perspective and to see you and compassion and other feelings are difficult. What I'm learning is the more you're willing to learn the more life becomes more of a challenge but something to look forward to each time you find a challenge.

I am learning that there is no shame in putting time and effort into my own mental health. After all, I am the golden goose. I spend so much time polishing and perfecting my eggs (my projects and artwork) and take pride in it. Then why should I feel embarrassed to say that I am working on myself because it makes more sense to make sure that the goose is healthy than obsessing on the eggs if they are bad l for a while .
